R.E.S. TidmoreI am happy to announce there was a good amount of interest in an adult writing group and a teen group in Middleton, Idaho. I have a location and dates for the Adult group. I hope to have dates for the teen group in the next week. Fiction writing is a passion, and building a better writing community in Idaho is a goal I work toward every day. So come and join the fun.
Well, we have our first writing group under our Middleton belts. It was a good turnout. There were some fantasy, contemporary, and romance writers in the mix.
I had a great time getting to know some of the local aspiring writers. After having a chance to chat and find out what many in the group are looking for, story development is at the forefront.
Knowing this, I will have some basic story plotting spreadsheet I used in my MFA journey. In addition, the meetings may extend half an hour to allow more feedback discussions or writing.

The Marsing, Idaho community adult writing group had their first meeting and I had a great time. There were fantasy and children’s book writers. I love seeing all the different genres coming together. The next meeting will again be held at the community library. So come by and express your creativity because words shape the world we live in today.
